ABOUT

Hi, I'm Ashley

I help people regulate their nervous system and detox their space, naturally.

I didn’t grow up thinking about toxins or questioning everyday products. But once I started learning what was hiding in our food, cleaning supplies, and personal care items, I couldn’t unsee it.

When I began shifting toward a more supportive lifestyle, not just changing what I ate, but how my body experienced stress and safety everything started to change.

My energy stabilized.

Headaches faded.

My skin cleared.

I felt more grounded in my body.

That’s when it became clear to me:

Our environment and nervous system are deeply connected.

The space you live in can either support regulation and healing or quietly keep your body stuck in survival mode.

Better regulation.
Balanced hormones.
Fewer headaches.
Stronger immunity.
Steady, calm energy.

It all starts with creating safety, both in your body and in your home.

I’m passionate about helping people heal at the root, not just manage symptoms. Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress, gut issues, hormone imbalances, or preparing your body for a new chapter like pregnancy, your nervous system and environment play a much bigger role than most people realize.

My Training & Work:

I’m a Certified Holistic Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist, trained in both modern wellness science and time-tested natural healing. I also offer HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing to help uncover hidden mineral imbalances and toxic burdens that can contribute to fatigue, mood shifts, digestion issues, hormone imbalance, and nervous system dysregulation.

Through my 8-week nervous system–focused coaching program and home detox services, I help clients reduce internal and external stressors, regulate their nervous system, and create a living space that truly supports healing.

Through The Grounded Living Co., I combine education, real-world non-toxic swaps, and personalized support to make nervous system healing and non-toxic living approachable, empowering, and sustainable—no perfection required.
